Googol Power Successfully Holds Its 10th & Inaugural Overseas Quality Care Engineer Training Camp  磐谷第十屆暨首屆海外品質(zhì)關(guān)懷工程師訓(xùn)練營(yíng)成功舉辦

2025年10月27日，磐谷第十屆駐外服務(wù)工程師訓(xùn)練營(yíng)暨首屆海外品質(zhì)關(guān)懷工程師訓(xùn)練營(yíng)在重慶永川工廠拉開帷幕，本屆訓(xùn)練營(yíng)我們邀約了分別來(lái)自泰國(guó)、孟加拉國(guó)、印度尼西亞三國(guó)的8位服務(wù)工程師與兩位國(guó)內(nèi)的駐外服務(wù)工程師入營(yíng)。

On October 27, 2025, the 10th Field Service Engineer Training Camp & Inaugural Overseas Quality Care Engineer Training Camp kicked off at the Chongqing Yongchuan Plant. This session welcomed eight service engineers from Thailand, Bangladesh, and Indonesia, alongside two field service engineers from China.

駐外服務(wù)工程師訓(xùn)練營(yíng)作為磐谷的光榮傳統(tǒng)已走過(guò)近三年歷程，訓(xùn)練營(yíng)的初衷是廣集天下英才，共同為建設(shè)高效多元的服務(wù)體系而奮進(jìn)，此次是磐谷首次邀約東南亞的合作伙伴派出服務(wù)工程師隊(duì)伍前來(lái)近距離感受磐谷大馬力柴發(fā)是如何誕生以及如何為其高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)保駕護(hù)航，這將有助于磐谷外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)的本土化服務(wù)戰(zhàn)略更好落地，高效服務(wù)國(guó)際用戶。

The Field Service Engineer Training Camp, a proud tradition at Googol Power for nearly three years, was initiated to gather outstanding talents and collectively build an efficient and diverse service system. This marks the first time Googol Power has invited partner service engineers from Southeast Asia to experience firsthand how Googol's high-horsepower diesel engines are born and how their efficient operation is safeguarded. This initiative will significantly support the localization of after-sales services for Googol's international business, delivering efficient services to global customers.

李玉望總裁開場(chǎng)致辭，對(duì)服務(wù)工程師們表示熱烈歡迎，“歡迎來(lái)到中國(guó)，歡迎來(lái)到磐谷GOOGOL POWER，恭喜各位與我們共同建設(shè)一家偉大的全球性企業(yè)！” 在隨后的發(fā)言中，他提綱挈領(lǐng)地為在座的工程師伙伴闡述了磐谷的發(fā)展歷程，企業(yè)定位，產(chǎn)品技術(shù)架構(gòu)，及磐谷在中國(guó)以外目標(biāo)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略：與本地戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴一道，深耕本土，成為當(dāng)?shù)厥苋俗鹁吹暮戏ㄆ髽I(yè)公民。我志合者，不以山海為遠(yuǎn)，我們歡迎天下英雄加入磐谷朋友圈，與我們一道踐行“技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，造福人類”的偉大使命。

President Li Yuwang delivered the opening address, extending a warm welcome to the engineers: "Welcome to China, welcome to Googol Power! Congratulations on partnering with us to build a great global enterprise!" In his subsequent speech, he outlined Googol's development history, corporate positioning, product technology architecture, and long-term development strategy for target countries and regions outside China: to work closely with local strategic partners, deeply root operations locally, and become a respected, lawful corporate citizen. "Shared aspirations bridge vast distances; we welcome heroes from across the world to join the Googol community and work with us to fulfill the great mission of 'Technology Innovating for Humanity'," President Li stated.

本屆活動(dòng)延續(xù)了磐谷一貫的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)治學(xué)精神，課程設(shè)置全面升級(jí)，讓理論與實(shí)操更好結(jié)合，同時(shí)適應(yīng)國(guó)際化的場(chǎng)景需求讓工程師們?cè)谟邢薜臅r(shí)間里盡可能了解磐谷產(chǎn)品的家族化共性，同時(shí)針對(duì)產(chǎn)品特性強(qiáng)化提升。“我們不僅傳授知識(shí)，更在塑造一種工程師文化。”劉小龍高級(jí)培訓(xùn)師在開營(yíng)第一課上強(qiáng)調(diào)，“每一位工程師都是磐谷在自己國(guó)家的優(yōu)秀代言人。”

This camp continued Googol's consistent spirit of rigorous learning, with a comprehensively upgraded curriculum designed to better integrate theory with hands-on practice while adapting to international needs. The program aimed to help engineers understand the common characteristics across the Googol product family within a limited time, while sharpening their expertise in product-specific features. " We are not just imparting knowledge; we are shaping an engineering culture," emphasized Senior Trainer Liu Xiaolong during the first session. "Every engineer is an excellent ambassador for Googol in their respective country."

百聞不如一見，過(guò)去十余年，磐谷出口東南亞的產(chǎn)品主要為P系列，海外工程師們對(duì)于其運(yùn)維已有一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)，此次實(shí)操，我們將Q系列產(chǎn)品搬上實(shí)操課堂，以一臺(tái)QTA8V產(chǎn)品如何拆卸及裝配，細(xì)致講解產(chǎn)品的各部系統(tǒng)及故障診斷與維修。“這是我第一次拆解QTA8V型號(hào)的機(jī)器，”來(lái)自泰國(guó)的學(xué)員興奮地分享，“能夠親手觸摸每一個(gè)零部件，讓我對(duì)磐谷發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的理解有了更深入的體會(huì)！我希望我能將本期學(xué)習(xí)到的知識(shí)全都帶回我的國(guó)家，讓我的同事們?nèi)剂私獾阶钚碌闹袊?guó)技術(shù)！”

Seeing once is better than hearing a hundred times. Over the past decade, the primary products exported by Googol to Southeast Asia have been from the P-Series, with which overseas engineers have amassed considerable experience. For this hands-on session, we introduced the Q-Series into the practical classroom, using a QTA8V engine to meticulously explain system components, fault diagnosis, and repair through disassembly and assembly. " This is my first time disassembling a QTA8V model" shared an excited trainee from Thailand. "Being able to touch every component with my own hands has given me a much deeper understanding of Googol engines! I hope to bring all the knowledge gained back to my country and share the latest Chinese technology with my colleagues!"

"We sincerely invite more global engineers to come to Googol, to exchange, learn, and grow together," expressed President Li Yuwang, affirming Googol's steadfast commitment to advancing the Quality Care Engineer Training Camp program. The plan is to train more engineers worldwide, covering all major markets. Simultaneously, the camp curriculum will be continuously upgraded, incorporating more specialized and precise content to keep pace with technological development.
